BREAD STICKS WITH CHEESY DIP

INGREDIENTS

for bread sticks
cut bread into long strips, refrigerate for at least 2 hours so they fry well
in a mixie add
corn flour  3 tsp
besan/chickpea flour   5 tsp
potato boiled & mashed  1
salt to taste
little water, blend well
to the mixture add chilli flakes  2 tsp
chana masala 1/2 tsp
pepper pdr.  1/2 tsp
sesame seeds  2 tsp
mix all well

dip bread strips in the above batter & deep fry in hot oil till brown, drain & keep aside.

FOR Dip

milk  2 cups
boiled & mashed potato 1 small
cheese spread 3 tbsp
salt little
pepper pdr.  1/2 tsp
chilli flakes  1/2 tsp

boil milk in a non-stick pan, add cheese spread, potato, mix well, add salt, chilli flakes, pepper pdr.
once the mixture thickens, pour in a serving dish
serve along with fried bread sticks.
