EASY HOMEMADE HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

black chana/ chickpeas  cooked   1 cup
garlic   2 pearls chopped
cumin pdr.   1/4 tsp
pepper pdr.  1/4 tsp
lime juice  2 tsp
hung curd  2 tsp
salt to taste
sugar  1/2 tsp
sesame seed made into paste with little water  1 tsp
Olive oil   1/2 cup

blend all together in a mixie well to a smooth paste
serve with some chopped parsley to garnish
this can be served with falafel, or other breads, with zucchini/carrot/ etc
