Ruhani Kababs

yam cubed fine 200 gm
besan   100 gm
cheese grated  50 gm
cottage cheese ( paneer) crumbled   50 gm
cream  30 gm
potatoes cubed fine  30 gm
desiccated coconut  20 gm
coriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbsp
chilli pdr to taste
 salt to taste
oil for frying


Cook the yam & potato with salt & 1 cup water. When cool, mash well.
Add paneer & cheese & mash again.
Mix cream, salt, besan, chilli pdr. & coriander leaves.
Divide the mixture into small portions & roll into desired shapes.
Heat oil till hot, lower the heat & fry the kababs till golden.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
