VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Maida/ all purpose flour  100 gm

Baking pdr. ½ tsp

Cocoa pdr. ¼ cup

Oil 50 gm

Caster sugar 100 gm

Water as needed

Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Chocolate essence ½ tsp

Vinegar ½ tsp

METHOD

Sieve the flour with baking pdr, cocoa pdr. well

In another bowl, add oil, sugar, beat well, add dry ingredients little by little mixing well after each addition, adding little water to get the right consistency. Add the essences, mix well.

Pour in a greased and dusted baking dish, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for 15-20 minutes till the knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
