VEG-PROTEIN KABABS

INGREDIENTS
moong dal soaked for 3 hours and ground to a thick paste 1/4 cup
sweet corn 1/4 cup ( can be coarsely crushed)
cabbage finely chopped / grated 1/4 cup
carrot grated  1/4 cup
spinach finely chopped 1/2 cup
ginger-green chili paste  2 tsp or to taste
garam masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
semolina / suji  1/4 cup

METHOD
in a big bowl, first add ground dal with suji, mix well, then add one by one ingredient mixing well, add the seasonings, mix well.
heat a steamer / cooker, in a greased plate, shape the mixture into round or oval shape and steam for 8-10 minutes on medium flame
serve hot with chutney of your choice.

ps- very healthy, as it has no fat, it has proteins from dal, carbs, fibres, vitamins and minerals and makes a complete healthy snack.
to get more crunchy, you may add some roasted and crushed peanuts or pumpkin seeds and flax seeds crushed too.
