HEALTHY SPICY VEG GRAVY



INGREDIENTS
oil  1 tbsp
onion 1 finely chopped
ginger-garlic- green chili paste  2tsp
flour   1 tbsp
spinach   1/2 cup
garam masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
tomatoes  2 chopped
chili pdr. to taste
salt to taste
turmeric pdr.  1/4 tsp
carrot+ beans + peas boiled  1 cup
milk  1 cup
coriander leaves  2 tbsp
oil  1 tbsp

METHOD
heat oil, fry onion along with ginger-garlic-chili paste till transparent
add tomatoes, fry for another 3 minutes, add flour, mix well
add spinach, spices and stir for 2 minutes
add boiled veges, milk, mix well, cover and let it cook for 4 minutes
mix well adding 1/2 of the coriander leaves, garnish with the remaining leaves
serve hot with roti / rice
