Mango kalakhand



Ingredients
fresh mango pulp  3 cups
sweetened condensed milk  1/2 cup
paneer grated  1/2 kg
cardamom pdr.  1 1/2 tsp
nuts chopped  1 cup

Method
in a non-stick pan, add paneer & condensed milk, stir continuously on a low flame
add mango pulp when the mixture begins to thicken
stir the pulp well, if the mixture is tough to stir, add milk & cardamom pdr.
cover with a lid & let it simmer till it turns into a thick mixture, stirring from time to time.
pour the mixture into a deep greased pan, garnish with chopped nuts and allow it to cool, cut into desired shape and serve.
