HEALTHY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
apple  1 cut and cooked with 1/4 cup brown sugar
digestive biscuits 2 big crushed or roast oats 2 tbsp and pdr.
cinnamon pdr. 1/4 tsp
brown sugar  to taste
coconut milk  1 cup or normal milk
walnut crushed 2 tbsp


METHOD
blend digestive biscuit or oats with apple cooked and  with coconut or normal milk, add half of the walnuts, keeping remaining to garnish on top.
