CORN KACHORI

INGREDIENTS
for dough
maida 2 level cups
suji / semolina 2 tbsp
salt little
ghee 2 tbsp
water to make stiff dough
cover and keep the dough till needed
oil for frying
for filling
fennel seeds / saunf  1 tsp
cumin / jeera  1 tsp
sweet corn 2 cups- boiled , drained and coarsely crushed
oil 1 tbsp
turmeric pdr. 1/4 tsp
green chilies finely chopped 1/2 tsp or to taste
salt to taste
jeera pdr. 1 tsp
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
chana masala pdr. 1/2 tsp
red chili pdr. little
dry ginger pdr. 1 tsp

METHOD
for filling
heat a pan, add oil, saunf and jeera, add crushed corn, spices, mix well for a couple of minutes, last add coriander leaves , mix well, remove and cool.
take out small portions of the dough, roll into a smooth ball, then shape like a cup with your fingers or those who can't roll the dough, put enough filling, cover well from all sides, flatten it well, deep fry in medium hot oil till brown on both sides, drain well, serve hot with chutney of your choice.
