HEALTHY PROTEIN CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS
brown bread 5-6 slices powder
boil soya chunks 1 bowl, squeeze out and blend
onion 1 big finely chopped
ginger grated / paste 1 tsp
green chilies finely chopped to taste or 1 tsp chili paste as per taste
garlic finely chopped or paste 1 tsp ( optional)
coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
salt to taste
jeera pdr. 1 tsp
garam masala pdr. 1 tsp
finely grated carrot 1/4 cup
paneer gated or crushed  1/4 cup
oil for shallow frying

METHOD
in pan mix powdered bread, soya chunks powdered and rest of the ingredients except oil, mix well, shape like cutlets- either round/  oval/ heart shaped, shallow fry in hot tawa putting little oil. fry till crisp on both sides. serve hot with chutney / ketchup.
