CORN KACHORI



INGREDIENTS
For dough
Maida 2 cups
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt little
Water to knead to make a stiff dough.
For filling
Ghee 1 tbsp
Boiled corn  2 cups
Dry ginger pdr. 1tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Ginger 1” finely chopped
Green chili finely chopped 1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbsp
Chaat masala pdr.  1.2 tsp
Chili pdr. ½ tsp ( optional)
Oil for frying

METHOD
For filling
Heat ghee, add jeera fry, then add ginger, green chili, along with corn crushed coarsely, chaat masala and salt, mix well adding coriander leaves, cool
Take small amount of dough, shape like a cup, add filling, close well, roll again like a ball, deep fry once all balls are ready and stuffed on medium hot flame to light brown colour, drain and serve with green and sweet chutneys.
