Sesame seeds/ Til Poli

INGREDIENTS
sesame seeds    2 cups
jaggery grated  2- 2 1/2 cups
maida/ all purpose flour   1 cup
wheat flour/ atta   1 cup
ghee 2 tsp or as needed

METHOD
roast the sesame seeds. cool & grind, add jaggery, mix well
mix the 2 flours well, add a pinch of salt & 2 tsp oil, add water & make a smooth dough.
make small balls, roll them little, fill the mixture, gather from all sides well, shape into a ball, roll it as thin as possible
roast on a hot tawa/ griddle till brown spots appear on both sides, you may cook adding little ghee.
this can be served hot/ cold.
