DATES- NUTS LADDOOS OR BALLS

Ingredients:
Dates 1 Cup
Raisins 2 tbsp ( peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, hazel nuts, almonds) use what you've at home
Mixed nuts 2 tbsp
Dry Coconut 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp

METHOD
use seedless dates, or de-seed them, grind half of the dates in the mixie, put in a bowl & add rest of the dates.
in a pan, roast the nuts for 2 minutes, cool & powder them in a mixie, add dry coconut & ghee in a bowl to the dates mixture.
Add vanilla essence and mix well to make like a dough. Make very small sized balls out of the dates dough and keep it in plate.

ps- as they're rich in calories, hence I recommend to make very small balls, which you can put as whole in your mouth. But at the same time, they're rich in dietary fibre, proteins, iron, so enjoy one per day !
