Egg-less Glucose biscuit cake

INGREDIENTS

glucose biscuits powdered   2 cups
castor sugar  1/4 cup
nuts powdered  1/4 cup
butter   4 tbsp
baking pdr.  2 tsp
vanilla essence  1 tsp
milk as needed to make the cake batter

METHOD

in a big bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well, then add butter vanilla essence mix well
then  add milk little by little mixing well, to get the cake dropping consistency.
pour into a greased mold, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for roughly 20-25 minutes till it rises & when tested, the knife comes out clean.
Note- the temp. & time varies according the the size & make of the oven.

For decoration-

cream, cherries & nuts.
