COCONUT CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS

eggs   3
egg yolks   2
coconut milk   500 ml
castor sugar   85 gm
rose water 1/4 tsp
roasted coconut pieces to decorate as needed

METHOD

stir together the eggs, egg yolks, coconut milk, sugar, rose water till the sugar dissolves.
in  a baking tray, pour boiling water, place the baking tins in the tray
pour the egg mixture into the tins, bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or till done
once done, unmold, serve warm or cold.
decorate with roasted coconut pieces
