Maize pizza

INGREDIENTS

water  1 bowl
chilli-ginger paste 1-2 tsp. as per taste
cumin/ jeera  1/2 tsp
maize flour  3-4 tbsp
salt to taste

for topping
tomatoes chopped
capsicum chopped
corn
cheese grated
olives chopped
chilli flakes
butter as needed
METHOD

in a pan, heat water, add the chilli-ginger paste, cumin, once it boils, add salt & maize flour, stir continuously in one direction till the mixture gets thick & all the water is well absorbed.
cool it, then take a big lemon size ball, grease your hand & a plastic sheet well, place the ball on the sheet, fold it, then with a rolling pin, roll it quite thin.
remove it a microwaveable plate, let it rest for 2-3 minutes, then micro high for 3 minutes
then apply butter, spread the veges, corn, olives, cheese, chilli flakes
quick healthy pizza is ready.
