SOOJI MANGO HALWA

INGREDIENTS


1 cup Sooji/Rawa
1/4 cup Ghee
2 cups Mango pulp 
2 cups Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
3-4 tablespoons Almond pieces
3-4 tablespoons Pisatchio (pista) pieces
2 tablespoons Kishmish (Raisins)

METHOD
In a broad bottomed pan, Roast Sooji/Rawa in Ghee on low heat while stiring constantly  till rawa turns slightly light brown.
Add milk and stir it in till the rawa absorbs the milk.
Add mango pulp and keep stiring till the mango pulp gets absorbed.
Add Sugar and kishmish and stir till the sugar dissolves.
Add 3 tablespoons Almond pieces and 3 tablespoons Pistachio pieces. Mix and stir on very low heat for 5 minutes. Switch off stove.
Transfer the halwa into a serving bowl. Garnish with almond and pistachio pieces.
