MILK MYSORE PAK


Ingredients:

500gm or little more than a pound milk powder

1kg  or 2 1/2 pounds granulated sugar

1kg  or 2 1/2 pounds ghee

100gm or 1 cup or 1/4 pound flour

800ml water


Method:

1. Boil sugar and water to one string consistency.
2. Take 250gm ghee, mix flour and milk powder.
3. Put ghee, milk powder and flour mix in sugar syrup and start 

cooking.
4. Keep adding ghee to the above mixture slowly while 

cooking.
5. Once all the ghee is over, take a little of the mix in your hand 

and roll it. If it does not stick to your hand then it is ready.

6. Spread in a lightly greased plate evenly. cut while slightly 

cool.
7. Serve at room temperature. Store in air tight container.
