VEGETABLE OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS
carrots  3 medium size
green gram dal 1 1/2 cups soaked in water for 1 hour
onion 2
oil
coriander leaves
salt
green chillies

METHOD
grind the dal, add finely chopped carrots or you can grate it too, along with finely chopped onion, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves. mix well.
take a spoonful of the batter, spread over hot, greased tava, trickle oil all around it, fry till golden brown on both sides on low flame.
serve hot with sauce.
