DATES CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
seedless dates  12
tamarind juice  1/2 cup
spices
oil 1 tsp
fenugreek seeds  1/2 tsp
mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
udad dal  1/2 tsp
peppercorns  2
salt to taste

METHOD
fry all the above spices, grind them with tamarind extract, dates, salt to a smooth paste.
add little water if needed.
