CELERY SOUP

INGREDIENTS
celery cleaned, finely chopped  1 head
small onion finely chopped 2
flour  2 tbsp
salt to taste
pepper pdr. to taste
milk   600 ml

For decoration
a few young celery leaves

METHOD
Put all the ingredients except celery leaves in a mixer, purée until smooth.
pour into a saucepan & bring to boil, stirring constantly.
pour it through a sieve, return to heat gently.
add seasoning
garnish each bowl with few celery leaves.
