MANGO- GINGER BUTTERMILK COOLER ( LASSI) Or Milk Shake

ingredients

mango purée  1 cup
yoghurt  1 cup
ginger purée  1 tbsp
crushed ice

Method

to prepare ginger puree, slice fresh ginger, puree in a food processor, with little water or melon juice, then freeze in ice cube trays, as it can be used as & when needed.
make mango puree, by peeling, scooping out mango pulp, you may use food processor or blender to puree it.

add mango puree, ginger, yoghurt, crushed ice in a blender, mix well, serve at once. This is a good thirst quencher in hot months.

ps- those who like, can substitute milk for yoghurt, then omit ginger, add some cardamom, nuts, blend well, serve cold.
