HEALTHY HALWA or PUDDING


INGREDIENTS
milk 500 ml or 2 big glasses
oats 3 heaped tbsp
besan 3 heaped tbsp
coconut grated 2 tsp
sugar/ substitute to taste

METHOD

in little milk, mix well, besan, so no lumps are left.
Then add 1 glass milk, coconut, mix well, keep stirring on high flame
as it thickens, add more milk, mix well, keep stirring, as it thickens, towards the end, I added oats to get the consistency of halwa or pudding, then added sugar substitute to taste. stir well, add nuts & raisins as you like.

It is healthy, as it has no fat, oats give you fiber, helps to reduce cholesterol, milk has calcium, besan has proteins, coconut, Vitamin E.
