No Grind, Easy Dosai

Ingredients

maida   2 cups
rice flr.  1 cup
curds or buttermilk   2 cups
green chillies  4-5
curry   leaves  few
salt to taste
oil as needed

METHOD

mix rice flour, maida, salt & curds together with 2 cups water.
Add finely chopped green chillies & curry leaves, mix well.
leave this batter aside for 6-8 hours.
heat a tava, grease it, spread batter thin, trickle some oil all around.
turn it once it gets brown, cook on both sides till brown.
serve hot with chutney or milagaipodi.
