MUSHROOM SAMOSA

INGREDIENTS
mushrooms sliced fine as needed, fry lightly in ghee or oil with spices, salt, add peas. use for stuffing.
oil for frying
salt to taste
chilli pdr to taste
coriander pdr 1 tsp
cumin pdr. 1 tsp
peas cooked 1 cup
any other masala pdr as you prefer.
maida for making outer covering, make dough with little salt & ghee.
roll it into small puris, cut into half,  fold each half like a cone, put filling, close it well on all sides. deep fry
