MIXED PULSES DOSAI

INGREDIENTS
fresh peas   1 cup
bengal gram dal  1 cup
tuvar/ arhar dal  1 cup
green chillies 5
garlic 4-5 flakes
ginger 1 cm
cumin seeds  1/2 tsp
coriander seeds  1 tsp
salt to taste
oil as needed

METHOD
soak dals in water for 2 hours.
grind them along with peas, green chillies, cumin sees & coriander seeds, salt, ginger & garlic to a smooth paste.
heat a tava, grease it, spread batter as thin as possible, trickle oil all around.
cook on both sides till brown.
serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
