corn and cheese fritters

 INGREDIENTS


cheese grated   2 cups
grated corn  1 cup
corn flour   1 cup
besan/ gram flour  2-3 tbsp
baking pdr.  1 tsp
ginger- chilli paste   1 tsp
milk   1 cup
chilli flakes  1 tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying

METHOD

mix cheese,corn, corn flour, besan, baking pdr., chilli flakes, salt well, then add chilli-ginger paste, mix well.
knead the above adding milk little at a time, beat the mixture well.
the batter should be light & fluffy.
heat oil, make small balls, deep fry till crisp.
serve hot with tomato ketchup.
