Mexican Spaghetti Casserole

INGREDIENTS

wheat spaghetti  3 ounces
fresh mushrooms sliced  4 ounces
tomatoes   1/2 cup chopped
garlic powder  1/2 teaspoon  or finely chopped garlic
chopped green chillies to taste
fat-free cream of mushroom soup  1/2 can 
Cheddar cheese   3/4 cups grated  ,  divided 
fresh cilantro  1/2  tablespoon  chopped

METHOD
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. 
In a large pot, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. 
Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic powder to the pot.
 Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until soft. 
Stir in the chillies, soup, 1/4 cup cheese and cilantro.
 Return the pasta to the pot and toss until evenly coated. 
Place spaghetti mixture into prepared dish. 
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 to 7 minutes more.
