COTTAGE CHEESE- PANEER TIKKA

INGREDIENTS

cottage cheese  1 kg
thick curd   1 cup
green chilli paste  1 tbsp
ginger-garlic paste  2 tsp
chilli pdr. 1 tsp or to taste
garam masala pdr   1 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste

METHOD

cut cottage cheese in squares one 1 1/2- 2"' .
to the curd add all the other ingredients, mix well.
add cottage cheese in curd mixture, marinate it for an hour.
then grill it or roast in the oven.
serve with green chutney & onion.
decorate with boiled green peas.
