Walnut pudding


Walnut pudding

Walnuts 150 gm
Eggs 3
Bread 250 gm
Sugar ¾ glass
Milk 1 ½ glass
Butter 100 gm

Method

Soak bread in milk ( discard the crust if you feel so).
Grind walnuts to a fine paste.
Beat yolk with sugar well, add walnut paste & soaked bread with melted butter.
Mix all well. Whisk egg whites, fold them into the mixture.
Grease a baking dish sprinkle bread crumbs, pour the mixture & bake in a moderate oven till done.
