Sabudana dosai


Sabudana dosai

Rice 2 cups
Sabudana ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

To season
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Green chilies 3-4 finely chopped
Curry leaves
Hing little

Soak then both separately.
First grind rice well, then add sabudana, grind with salt & ½ cup curd/ buttermilk.
Season it & then make dosa like usual.
