VEGETABLE CUTLETS



INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato boiled and mashed 2 tbsp
Potato boiled and mashed 2 tbsp
Carrot finely grated 2 tbsp
Cauliflower finely chopped  2 tbsp
Bread crumbs as needed to bind
Ginger-green chili-( garlic-optional) paste 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander pdr  2 tsp
Amchur pdr. 1 tsp
Oil for shallow frying

METHOD
mix all the vegetables with seasoning, add bread crumbs to make a dough
Shape as desired, if need be roll in breadcrumbs, shallow fry till golden on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
