CHOCOLATE-STRAWBERRY DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS

for chocolate

white chocolate 1 cup

whipped cream 1/4- 1/2  cup

vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

for strawberry part

strawberries chopped 25-30

sugar 2 tbsp

rosemary 2 sprigs

METHOD

melt white chocolate over double boiler or in the microwave for 30-40 seconds, mix well, till it is all melted, fold in whipped cream and vanilla essence, mix.

cook strawberry with sugar and rosemary till soft. cool slightly

put cooked strawberry 1-2 tbsp in a short glass or small glass container, top with white chocolate and put little strawberry on top. serve cold if you like, garnish with finely chopped nuts.
