MICRO- MINESTRONE SOUP



INGREDIENTS
beans 3 finely chopped
carrot small 2 finely chopped
spring onion 2 tbsp finely chopped
butter 1 tbsp
garlic 1/2 tsp finely chopped optional
bay leaf 1
water as needed
macaroni  1 tbsp
tomato puree  1 tbsp
salt and pepper pdr. as per taste
oregano little
milk 1/4 cup
cheese spread  1 tbsp
chili sauce to taste
cheese grated 2 tbsp

METHOD
in a micro-safe bowl, add the vegetables, bay leaf and enough water to cover them cook for roughly 1 minute covered.
add macaroni and some more water and milk, micro high for another 2-3 minutes till macaroni is cooked.
add seasonings, oregano, tomato puree, ketchup, micro high for 1 minute
add cheese spread ( those who aren't calorie conscious, may add 1 tbsp cream also), chili sauce as per taste, mix well, put some grated cheese on top, micro high for a minute, serve garnished with coriander leaf/ mint.
