RAW PAPAYA SALAD



INGREDIENTS
Raw papaya grated 1 cup
Turmeric pdr ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped 1
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds  ½ tsp

METHOD
Apply salt and turmeric to grated papaya, keep aside for 15 minutes. Lightly squeeze out and remove the water. Keep in a bowl, add lime juice. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it stops spluttering, add chili, fry for a minute, mix with papaya, along with coriander leaves. Check for seasoning, if need be add little salt and pepper pdr.
