ARVI/ Cola cassia Kababs



INGREDIENTS
Arvi  ½ kg
Grated cheese 2 tbsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Besan  2 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Salt and chili pdr. to taste
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mint chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 1-2 tsp to knead the dough
Oil for frying

METHOD
Boil, peel and mash arvi. Add grated cheese, coriander leaves, mint, flours, seasonings, mix well. Heat oil in kadai. Add baking soda to the prepared mixture, add 2 tsp of hot oil over baking soda, mix well, shape as desired and fry in hot oil till crisp . Serve hot with ketchup/ chutney.
