Hung Curd Lemon Mousse

   

Ingredients

1/4

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk it till it turns light and fluffy.
Add 2 tsp of lemon zest to it and mix it well.
Divide this mixture into 4 glass and seal it with cling wrap and refrigerate it for about an hour.
Serve it chilled and garnish it with mint leaves.
