SOY BEAN WITH COTTAGE CHEESE/ PANEER

INGREDIENTS

paneer diced into small cubes   250 gm
cooked soy chunks  1/2 cup
khoya/mawa   100 gm
tomatoes chopped   3
onion chopped  2
garlic cloves   5 chopped
green chillies 3 chopped
fresh curd  1/2 cup
ginger chopped fine 1 tsp
turmeric pdr.  1 tsp
chilli pdr.  1 tsp or to taste
coriander pdr.  1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
oil as needed
salt to taste

METHOD
deep fry paneer till brown.
in a bowl, mix turmeric pdr., chilli pdr., salt, 1/4 tsp of curd with soy chunks. cover * keep aside for 15 minutes
roast khoys for 5 minutes on low flame
heat 1 tbsp oil, fry onion, garlic, ginger, chillies for 3 minutes
add chilli, coriander, turmeric pdr. & cook for 3 minutes
add tomatoes, beaten curd, cook for 3 more minutes
then add paneer, soy chunks, khoya & salt
cook for 3-4 minutes, add garam masala pdr., fresh coriander leaves & cook for 5 minutes.
serve hot with roti/ bread.
