Ingredients
cottage cheese 200 gm crumbled
green chilies to taste chopped
ginger 1 tsp chopped
coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
garlic 2-3 cloves chopped
salt to taste
rock salt little
maida 1/4 cup
olive oil 2 tbsp
water as needed
oil for frying
Method
grind together cottage cheese, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt with olive oil, mix well, then maida blend, add some water if needed to get dough like for churros in a piping bag with star nozzle.
heat oil, once hot, in medium hot oil, pipe through nozzle and cut with a scissor to make churros. Fry till golden and crisp. Drain and remove in paper napkin.
In a blender, blend olives, green chilies as per taste, rock salt little, roasted jeera, some coriander leaves.
Serve the dip in a cup with churros.
