Ingredients:
¼ cup rolled oats
prunes 4
frozen cherries 1 cup
lime zest 1 tsp
low-fat milk 1 cup
frozen riced cauliflower 1/4 cup
chia seeds 1 tbsp
cinnamon pdr 1/2 tsp
water/ ice 1/2 cup
Instructions:
- Add the oats and prunes to your blender first. Pulse them a few times to break them down so they blend smoothly.
- Add the frozen cherries, lime zest, low-fat milk, frozen riced cauliflower, chia seeds and cinnamon to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie feels too thick, splash in a little water or toss in some ice and blend it again.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy right away.
