Ingredients
1cup unsweetened soy milk
¼ cup non-fat plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt
1ripe medium banana
1tbsp almond butter
1½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Combine 1 cup soy milk, ¼ cup yogurt, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1½ teaspoons cocoa powder and ¼ teaspoon vanilla in a blender. Add ½ teaspoon honey, if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
