150 g firm tofu chopped into small pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, black pepper
How to make it:
In a pan heat oil, add garlic, fry well for 2 minutes, add chopped tofu, add salt n pepper to taste, mix all well, keep stirring till tofu is well coated with the seasoning, remove, add lemon juice, serve hot with some bread toast.
