Ingredients
½ cup no-salt-added low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp no-salt-added everything bagel seasoning, plus more for garnish
Pinch of salt
1 small red bell pepper, chopped (about ½ cup)
⅓ cup crunchy chickpeas (1 oz.)
Preparations
Stir ½ cup cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon everything seasoning and a pinch of salt together in a 16-ounce jar. Top with chopped bell pepper and ⅓ cup chickpeas. Garnish with additional everything seasoning, if desired.
