INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup all purpose flour/ maida
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups full cream milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
Method :
Mix the flour, sugar and milk together until there are no more lumps.
Add some ghee to a pan and the add the mixture.
Halwa needs to be constantly stirred on low heat. It takes time to thicken so be patient.
Once it starts to thicken, add the elachi powder and more ghee.
When it pulls clean away from the pan, transfer it into a bowl. You can even remove it while softer than what you see in the video. Halwa thickens as it cools.
