This invigorating drink combines the cooling crunch of cucumber with the zing of ginger and the freshness of mint, making it the perfect companion for your fasting days, with the natural sweetness of coconut water, which is full of nutrients.
Ingredients:
- cucumber 1 big
- ginger ½ "
- lemon 2
- mint leaves/ pudina few sprigs
- sugar to taste
- rock salt to taste
- tender coconut 4
Method:
- Wash, peel and grate the cucumber.
- Grate ginger and wash mint leaves.
- Squeeze out the juices of the lemons.
- Take tall glasses and add in grated cucumber and ginger. Add few mint leaves and some lemon juice. Crush them with a wooden spoon. Add sugar and salt and top it up with coconut water.
- Serve chilled.
Fasting is a natural way to detox and give some relief to the digestive system.
