Nutritious Salad

 INGREDIENTS

carrots  100 gm

sprouted moong 50 gm

vinegar 2 tsp

capsicum 1/2

sugar 2 tbsp

celery 1 stick chopped

salt and pepper to taste

cabbage  100 gm

paneer  100 gm

orange juice  100 ml

lime juice  2 tbsp

roasted groundnuts 1 tbsp

oil  4 tbsp

METHOD

cut carrot, cabbage and capsicum into strips.

steam the sprouted dal in the pressure cooker without  weight for 5 minutes

mix orange juice, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper pdr well/

add the chopped vegetables, sprouts, celery, half of the paneer cut into small pieces

keep in the fridge

heat oil, fry the remaining paneer to golden brown.

remove and crush it

just before serving add the fried paneer and groundnuts.

mix well and serve.
