A spring smoothie for... boosting immunity

Ingredients:

  • 120g banana, frozen
  • 1 tsp (5g) greens powder (alkalising greens powder with no added sugar)
  • 25g F45 fuel vanilla protein powder
  • 5g LSA meal (linseed, sunflower, almond meal)
  • 20g baby spinach leaves
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

There's never been a better time than now to improve immune function, and this tasty smoothie's blend of antioxidants and nutrients hit all the right notes.
