Raw banana-cheese pancake

 Thick batter
 flattened with wet hands
ready to eat !

INGREDIENTS
raw banana 2
rice flour 1/2 cup( see below for options)
cottage cheese / paneer  100 gm ( option below)
cheese spread  2-3 tbsp
onion 1 finely chopped
green chilies finely chopped to taste OR red chili pdr. to taste
oil little for shallow frying
salt to taste ( little less as cheese as salt)

METHOD
peel banana, grate and wash well in water to get the starch out.
squeeze it well, dry on kitchen towel 
in a bowl, add the grated banana, grated paneer, chopped onion and green chilies, salt, cheese spread, mix well
It will be a thick batter
heat a non-stick pan, wet your hands take some batter, flatten it, place on the pan, put little oil, cover and cook on low flame till brown , then flip it, add little oil and cover and cook till brown.
serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.

NOTE
try to flatten as thin as possible
those who don't have  rice flour can use -(  maida 2-3 tbsp and corn flour 1+ tbsp) OR
maida and besan ( chickpea flour ) OR wheat flour and besan.
But with rice flour and corn flour, you'll get the crispness in pancake.
In case you don't have paneer, use grated cheese- processed is also fine.
