Ingredients
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 bowl pohe(bheege) soaked
- In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it well.
- Add bheege pohe in mashed potatoes,mix well.
- Add salt,red chilli powder,coriander leaves,green chilli and mix well.
- Take a ball from potato dough and flat it then deep fry tikki well.
- Hot serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
