Vegetable Ragi (Finger Millet) Roti

    Take a wide bottom vessel or a bowl and place ragi flour in it.
    Add the ingredients No.2 to No.11, mentioned above, to the ragi flour and dry mix with your hand for 2 minutes.
    Now slowly add water and knead properly till you get a soft dough. Make sure that you don't add too much water. It should have the consistency of a chapati dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes and make small balls (preferably to the size of a lemon).
    Take the banana leaf or the laminated brown wrapper and apply a little oil over it.
    Now take a ball, place it over the leaf or sheet, and press it evenly to make a round shape.
    Heat a tawa, spread a little oil on it and invert the leaf or the sheet, press it lightly and remover the sheet slowly from the tawa.
    Add a tsp of oil to the edges and cook on both sides for three minutes.
    Crispy, healthy and delicious ragi roti is ready to eat, with curd or chutney as the side dish!
